Meet the founder
Charney Robinson-Williams.
Founder of Noire Impact — a strategy studio reimagining how capital flows, culture is shaped, and stories are told.
She's spent over a decade helping social impact orgs, investors, and founders move with clarity, creativity, and alignment.
Her work lives at the intersection of capital, culture, and systems — where bold ideas meet the strategy and structure to carry them forward. She's co-created national convenings, facilitated impact investing workshops, built digital platforms and reports, and advised on how to move resources in ways that actually reach community.
Sometimes she's shaping the vision. Sometimes she's designing the experience. Always, she's paying attention to the system underneath and asking what needs to shift to make room for new voices, deeper ownership, and more expansive outcomes.
She moves with the spirit of Shirley Chisholm:

But more often, she's focused on redesigning the room — so access isn't conditional, and power is shared by design.
